Yaz Iida,
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yaz Iida is the Chief Executive Officer of Rakuten LinkShare, and brings a truly global perspective to the position. Yaz is also the Vice Executive Director of the Rakuten Performance Marketing Business Unit and is charged with driving global expansion initiatives for Rakuten Group. In 2006 he joined Rakuten as Executive Officer of the Rakuten Ichiba Business Unit which is an online marketplace in Japan. While there, he helped build the foundation for Rakuten Ichiba services and solutions making it the #1 e-commerce site in Japan today.

Prior to joining Rakuten, as president of Dyson KK in Japan, he took the previously unknown brand from $8 million to over $100 million in sales in just four years, gaining significant market share. Before Dyson’s success, no foreign electric appliance brand had been able to penetrate the Japanese market so thoroughly.

Yaz has also worked for leading multinational companies and brands such as Walt Disney Company and Gillette where he launched ground-breaking products and marketing campaigns.

Yaz holds a BA in law from Nihon University, a BBA in Marketing from Portland State University, and an MBA from Nihon University Graduate School of Business.

Liane Dietrich,
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer Rakuten LinkShare from April 2012, Liane Dietrich is responsible for the planning and execution of the Rakuten LinkShare's vision to deliver world class online marketing solutions. Since joining Rakuten LinkShare in 2003, Liane has contributed to Rakuten LinkShare’s successes in service delivery, strategic direction, and international expansion as Director, Vice President, and Managing Director in Chicago, New York, and London respectively. From 2008 to 2012 Liane has been Managing Director of Rakuten LinkShare UK, leading it to be ranked as a top Affiliate Marketing Network in the UK.

Prior to joining Rakuten LinkShare, Liane held a variety of management positions General Electric Company with increasing responsibilities in operations, finance, and marketing, including the GE-wide internal business consulting team and ultimately as a GE Financial Marketing Product Manager. Liane is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (a statistical process improvement designation), is a speaker at numerous industry events, has a business process US patent, and received a B.S. in Mathematics at the University of Notre Dame.

Bodie Gagnon,
Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer for Rakuten LinkShare, Bodie oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of operations including budget planning and forecasting, financial reports, accounting, and tax and audit functions. Bodie also provides strategic finance support to business unit leaders and leads a team that provides the on-going financial analysis required for management to make informed business decisions including those related to strategic investments and partnerships.Bodie joined Rakuten LinkShare as a financial analyst after attending the Fordham Graduate School of Management and was then subsequently promoted to Director and then Vice President of Finance. Previously he worked as an analyst at Fidelity Investments. He received his B.A. in Economics from McGill University.

Rohinee Mohindroo,
Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer at Rakuten LinkShare, Rohinee Mohindroo manages technology operations and has over 20 years of experience in diverse industries including advertising, marketing, publishing, banking, and insurance.

Prior to Rakuten LinkShare, Rohinee worked at MetLife where she built high performance technology teams and led a geographically dispersed 200+ organization to support management and execution of functional, end to end testing with a budget of $30 million.

Prior to MetLife, Rohinee implemented the Enterprise Quality Assurance Operating Model for merger and post-merger retail banking organizations with JPMorganChase/Bank One. This experience provided Rohinee with a keen ability to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team effectiveness.

While working at Scholastic, Rohinee was the recipient of the 2002 Chairman’s Gold Star Award for Excellence for significant contribution to Scholastic’s first Online Ordering e-Commerce initiative.

Reginald Rasch,
General Counsel

Mr. Rasch joined Rakuten LinkShare in 2000 as Director, Legal Affairs and is now Rakuten LinkShare's General Counsel, managing all of Rakuten LinkShare's legal affairs. He counsels Rakuten LinkShare on a variety of matters, including general contract and corporate transactional matters, affiliate nexus tax law, intellectual property, marketing, employment, and is a member of Rakuten LinkShare's executive committee. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and prior to joining Rakuten LinkShare, served as a corporate associate at Warshaw Burstein and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP each in New York and Cummings & Lockwood in Connecticut.

Mr. Rasch graduated from the State University of New York the College at New Paltz with a B.S. in Marketing and received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
